The Duo, an electric quadricycle, and the Bento, its utility counterpart, address mobility challenges in areas with sparse public transport.
Both the Duo and Bento cater to retail and business customers alike. The Duo offers a two-seater configuration, drivable with or without a licence, subject to local regulations. On the other hand, the Bento functions as a microvan, equipped with a 649-litre cargo box for transporting small items, requiring a driving licence for operation.
Compact in design, the Duo and Bento measure 2.43 and 2.54 metres in length, respectively, facilitating easy navigation and parking in city traffic. Their small size significantly eases the parking struggle common in urban areas.
The Duo and Bento deliver a unique driving experience with a central position and refined suspension. They are equipped with a driver airbag—a first in the quadricycle segment—and boast impressive ranges of up to 161 km for the Duo and 149 km for the Bento, reducing the need for frequent recharges.
Breaking away from traditional automotive design, the Duo and Bento feature large glazed areas and elytra doors, presenting a futuristic space capsule aesthetic. Committed to environmental responsibility, both models incorporate over 40% recycled materials and are 95% recyclable.
The vehicles are also fully connected through the 'MyDuo' mobile app, which supports up to six digital keys—another innovation by the Renault Group.
