Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Unveiled: The Pinnacle of Luxury Performance EVs
Xiaomi launched the much-anticipated Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, starting at RMB 529,900. This flagship model from the Xiaomi SU7 Series aims to set new benchmarks in the high-performance luxury vehicle market.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra's base model is complemented by optional configurations, including the "Racing Package" and the "Nürburgring Nordschleife Limited Edition.” These additions will become available after the vehicle completes the Nürburgring Nordschleife lap challenge.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, like its prototype, boasts a tri-motor setup and a high-power battery pack designed for the racetrack. It delivers an astonishing 1548PS and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.98 seconds, making it the world's fastest mass-produced four-door sedan currently, with a 350 km/h top speed. The vehicle features a track-optimised cooling system that ensures it can complete two consecutive laps of the Nürburgring Nordschleife without overheating and sports a top-tier braking system that can stop from 100 km/h to 0 in just 30.8 meters. Its peak chassis system, tuned at the Nürburgring, enhances control and offers track-ready performance straight from the factory.
Moreover, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra continues to break records across China's significant racetracks and is poised to take on the Nürburgring Nordschleife later this year. It blends powerful performance with a sophisticated aesthetic in colours like Lightning Yellow and Space Silver.
Each element of its design is functional and stripped of unnecessary decorations. The vehicle features an enlarged aerodynamic kit, contributing to a battle-ready stance, improved air intake, and enhanced downforce, thanks to features like the oversized front splitter and U-shaped air curtains.
Internally, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prioritises sportiness, with enhanced seats and steering wheels. Italian Alcantara® microfiber fabric on extensive interior surfaces enhances the premium, immersive driving environment. Its front seats boast ventilation, massage functionality, and heating, ensuring comfort and support.
Technical upgrades include an advanced electric hood that can be operated via smartphone or voice commands, dual 50W wireless charging, and state-of-the-art safety features like MAI and LAEB to prevent accidents.
