Mattel Announces Hot Wheels-Ferrari Partnership: New Collectibles Range Launching

At the Nuremberg International Toy Fair, Mattel, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAT) revealed a groundbreaking partnership with the esteemed luxury car manufacturer Ferrari to produce an extensive range of Hot Wheels products. This marks the first occasion in over a decade that Hot Wheels will feature the renowned Prancing Horse emblem, promising collectors a diverse array of classic Ferraris and cutting-edge, technologically advanced models, encompassing celebrated racing and road cars. The initial product release from this collaboration is set for this summer, with further announcements and product launches expected throughout 2025 and beyond.

Since its inception in 1968, Hot Wheels has partnered with Ferrari on numerous occasions, creating 26 previous models that have become highly coveted by collectors. The latest product line builds upon the earlier die-cast collection. It introduces limited-edition models available through Mattel Creations, RC models and 1:64 scale die-casts sold globally.

Exclusive items from the Ferrari launch will be available on the newly introduced Mattel Creations UK platform. This platform is a hub for fans to discover premium, limited-edition collectables. With dispatch from a UK-based warehouse, Mattel Creations UK offers rapid next-day delivery, straightforward returns, and a tailored experience. This enhances collectors' ability to acquire unique items and engage with Mattel's creative community.

Following the initial summer release, the collaboration between Mattel and Ferrari is set to expand significantly throughout 2025 and beyond.
