Discover Škoda's All-New Superb: Enhanced Design, Advanced Technology, and Unmatched Efficiency

Škoda’s new generation Superb redefines flagship models with enhanced dimensions, sleek design, and advanced technologies. Offering six modern powertrains and improved aerodynamics, it delivers unmatched efficiency. The powertrain lineup, ranging from 150 PS (110 kW) to 265 PS (195 kW), includes a plug-in hybrid with a 75-mile (120 km) electric range and a 1.5 TSI mild-hybrid, debuting in the Superb. The Hatch and Estate will feature hybrid technology, boasting a spacious, eco-friendly interior with intuitive controls, Škoda Smart Dials, and ChatGPT integration.

Chairman Klaus Zellmer emphasises Škoda’s customer-centric approach in developing the next-gen Superb. “We prioritised customer feedback to enhance features, user experience, and comfort. The all-new Superb offers more space, new electrified powertrains, and advanced connectivity,” says Zellmer.

The Superb’s octagonal radiator grille and sharp LED Matrix headlights, featuring crystalline design elements, set a new standard. The Hatch’s drag coefficient of cd 0.23 and the Estate’s cd 0.25 make them the most aerodynamic in their segments. Aerodynamics improved by 15% for both body styles compared to the previous model.

Inside, the Superb offers a 13-inch freestanding infotainment display, a relocated selector lever for a clean centre console, and a head-up display option. Škoda Smart Dials and the Laura voice assistant, soon to be enhanced by ChatGPT, streamline vehicle and infotainment controls. The car also features ventilated wireless charging, Ergo seats with massage functions, and increased luggage capacity—645 litres for the Hatch and 690 litres for the Estate.

The powertrain options include a new-generation plug-in hybrid, a 1.5 TSI with mild-hybrid technology, and two diesel units. Top variants come with standard all-wheel drive. The Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC Plus) enhances comfort and driving dynamics.

Produced in Bratislava as part of the Beta+ project, the fourth-generation Superb continues its legacy of innovation since 2001. With over 1.6 million units sold, it remains a favourite in markets like Turkey, the Czech Republic, and Poland.

The refined design includes an octagonal grille in Unique Dark Chrome, LED Matrix headlights with 36 light segments, and a streamlined body for improved aerodynamics. The Hatch grows by 43 mm and the Estate by 40 mm, offering more space and headroom. Six new colours, from Pure White to Ice Tea Yellow, complement the design, alongside 17-inch to 19-inch alloy wheels.

The interior features a new range structure with Design Selections, a 13-inch infotainment display, and the new Škoda Smart Dials. All textiles use recycled materials, with a sustainably tanned cognac-coloured leather option. Wireless charging, ambient lighting, and a high-end CANTON sound system enhance the driving experience.

Safety is paramount with new nano radar sensors and state-of-the-art assistance systems like Turn Assist, Crossroad Assist, and Collision Avoidance Assist. The Travel Assist suite includes Adaptive Lane Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Drowsiness Assist, ensuring driver safety and comfort.

Remote access via the MyŠkoda app integrates AI-based ChatGPT for expanded functionality. Features like Pay to Fuel, Pay to Park, and Powerpass enhance convenience. The app also supports remote vehicle functions, dynamic news feeds, and a loyalty programme.

The L&K trim offers luxurious features like LED Matrix headlights, DCC Plus, progressive steering, Ergo seats with massage functions, and a Canton sound system. Available with a 2.0 TSI or diesel engine, it includes extensive standard equipment and unique design elements in Dark Chrome.

The all-new Škoda Superb sets a new benchmark for flagship models with its blend of design, technology, and efficiency, catering to individual and fleet customers.
