Ferrari Launches Revolutionary Extended Warranty Services for Hybrid Sports Cars
Ferrari now offers two innovative extended warranty services for the owners of its plug-in hybrid models, including the SF90 Stradale, SF90 Spider, SF90 XX Stradale, SF90 XX Spider, 296 GTB, and 296 GTS. These groundbreaking programmes, named Warranty Extension Hybrid and Power Hybrid, aim to maintain the superior performance and quality of Ferrari’s hybrid sports cars.
Customers can purchase these services in renewable packages lasting two to four years and activate them through any official Ferrari dealer, irrespective of the vehicle's production year. Even models beyond their initial four-year warranty period in the UK can qualify for these programmes following a technical assessment by Ferrari technicians.
The Warranty Extension Hybrid not only provides a comprehensive extended warranty covering the entire vehicle but also offers a high-voltage battery pack replacement at no additional cost if extended up to the eighth year. Conversely, the Power Hybrid programme extends the warranty on all critical powertrain components, including the hybrid system, from the eighth to the sixteenth year. It also includes a complimentary replacement of the high-voltage battery pack in the sixteenth year.
Both programmes ensure that any future battery replacements will feature the latest technology, guaranteeing unchanged performance. Additionally, both Warranty Extension Hybrid and Power Hybrid are transferable to any subsequent owners.
