Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles unveils the ID. Buzz GTX and ID. Buzz LWB specifications today. Set to hit UK retailers and reach customers in late 2024, the LWB model starts at £59,545. Volkswagen will announce the GTX's pricing soon.

The dynamic ID. Buzz GTX and the roomier ID. Buzz LWB enhance the acclaimed ID. Buzz lineup. The GTX emerges as the most potent variant, featuring a robust 86kWh battery that propels it with unmatched power, while the LWB variant extends its wheelbase for increased luggage space and accommodates up to seven passengers for expansive comfort.

The ID. Buzz Life LWB 286PS, priced at £59,545, delivers a substantial 291-mile range per WLTP standards. Meanwhile, the ID. Buzz Style 286PS offers a 286-mile range starting at £64,345. Both LWB models employ the 286PS single motor characteristic of the standard wheelbase versions.

In the UK, the standard 79kWh ID. Buzz GTX defines performance with its dual electric motors, four-wheel drive, and a formidable 340PS output, achieving 0-62mph in a mere 6.1 seconds.

The ID. Buzz GTX is available as a five-seater with a versatile 40:60 split bench or as a six-seater with individual seating arrangements in both the second and third rows.

Externally, the ID. Buzz GTX sports a distinctive front bumper, a sleek gloss black honeycomb grille, and special GTX accents on the door mirrors.

The exclusive GTX Black 21” 'Townsville' alloy wheels come standard, supplemented by a new 21-inch alloy option. The Cherry Red solid paint, unique to the GTX, offers a striking two-tone option with Mono Silver metallic.

Internally, the cabin showcases a sporty dark theme with a black headliner and unique GTX seats adorned in black ArtVelours Eco microfleece, featuring a new diamond pattern and vivid red accents. The multifunction steering wheel is detailed with red cross-stitching and chrome GTX lettering, emphasizing the vehicle's high-performance nature.

The ID. Buzz LWB, nearly five meters in length, is ideally suited for adventures, providing substantial space for both passengers and luggage, supported by a larger 86kWh battery for extended range. Available in five-, six-, and seven-seat configurations, the ID. Buzz LWB blends functionality with flexibility, making it a top choice for family travels.

ID. Buzz LWB models also offer significant enhancements in accessibility and storage, with their extended wheelbases and wider sliding rear doors facilitating easier access and increased carrying capacity, ideal for transporting large sports equipment or family gear.
