Lamborghini and Ducati Unite: A Thrilling Italian Collaboration Revealed at Milano Design Week

Two legendary symbols of Italian industry, Lamborghini and Ducati, have consistently created heart-stopping projects that enthral motorbike enthusiasts and collectors worldwide. Their shared passion for racing has yielded some of the most extraordinary collaborations in the automotive realm.

Now, this illustrious partnership enters a fresh and exhilarating phase with a groundbreaking new release set to debut on 9 April at the prestigious Milano Design Week. This forthcoming model continues the tradition of blending the authenticity of ‘Made in Italy’, a commitment to sporting excellence, and innovative design.

The alliance has already produced remarkable achievements. The first was the Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini, inspired by the Lamborghini Sián FKP 37. Presented on 25 November 2020 in a limited run of 630 units, it reinterpreted the defining design elements of one of Lamborghini’s most renowned supercars. Ducati’s extensive use of carbon fibre underscored the bike’s lightweight construction, a hallmark of Lamborghini’s legendary engineering. This perfect fusion of vision between Ducati Centro Stile and Lamborghini Centro Stile produced a motorbike that truly captured both brands’ stylistic essence.

This success paved the way for a second triumph: the Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini, modelled after the sheer power and uncompromising engineering of the Lamborghini Huracán STO. Debuting at the San Marino and Rimini Riviera Grand Prix in September 2022, it brought the extreme performance and style of a Lamborghini super sports car to the world of motorbikes. Limited to 630 units, plus 63 special editions reserved for Lamborghini customers, this project further cemented the partnership’s reputation for authenticity and originality.

Now, anticipation builds for the third chapter of this extraordinary collaboration. Lamborghini and Ducati will honour their unwavering commitment to high performance and avant-garde engineering during Milano Design Week on 9 April, inviting enthusiasts to witness another milestone in Italian automotive innovation.
