Maserati Delivers Unique MC20 Maserati per Maserati at Historic Modena Headquarters
In September, Maserati's historic headquarters on Viale Ciro Menotti in Modena witnessed the delivery of the unique MC20 Maserati per Maserati, specially commissioned by Ettore Maserati's grandsons, Alberto and Ettore. This model, a tribute to their grandfather, who founded the brand in 1914 alongside his brothers Alfieri and Ernesto, showcases their inherited passion for automotive excellence and dreams.
The MC20 Maserati per Maserati, crafted from a desire to pass on a tangible legacy of the brand's symbolic luxury and sportiness worldwide, stands out in the automotive and motorsport industry with its 110-year legacy. This 100% Modena-made marvel epitomises Maserati's greatness and global renown. It features the Trident's halo car, the MC20 coupe, equipped with a powerful 621-hp V6 Nettuno engine.
Customised with exceptional details and luxury finishes through the Fuoriserie personalisation programme, this car reflects Maserati's rich history and unique character. The bespoke MC20 Maserati per Maserati is not just a super sports car; it holds immense sentimental and symbolic value as the custodian of a family's DNA and history, making it a new icon of the Trident.
The car boasts a sporty appearance, characterised by its Blu Infinito livery, accented with a Bianco Pastello double stripe. The striking contrast is further enhanced by the carbon fibre package, both inside and out, including bespoke "Maserati per Maserati" and "Maserati Fuoriserie" logos and side badges with custom black lettering. Glossy Black 20” wheels and Rosso brake callipers add to its compelling allure.
Inside, the dominance of Alcantara and carbon fibre creates a sporty yet luxurious environment. The cabin is adorned with Nero/Blu New finishes, contrasting Nero/Nero-Blu Backing dashboard and door panels. Six-way sports seats and Macrotwill carbon-fibre accents affirm Maserati’s signature elegance and craftsmanship.
The delivery event, attended by Ettore Maserati's grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the late Carlo Maserati’s wife, felt like a heartfelt family reunion. Maserati's Global Chief Commercial Officer, Luca Delfino, Chief Test Driver Andrea Bertolini, and Maserati legend Ermanno Cozza presented this masterpiece, celebrating the brand's enduring story and fusion of tradition and innovation. This collector's item, designed to be passed down through generations, enriches Maserati’s legacy of Italian elegance, quality, and craftsmanship.
