Rev Up Your Summer: Aston Martin Dominates 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed with Exclusive Reveals

Aston Martin will electrify the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed (11 – 14 July) by showcasing Valkyrie, Valour, Valiant, Victor, and Vantage at the forefront of their ultra-luxury sports car line-up during the celebrated Goodwood Hillclimb.

The Festival of Speed, a cornerstone of the British summer, draws speed enthusiasts globally to Goodwood each July to enjoy the spectacle of the world's finest sports cars in action. These cars, piloted by racing icons past and present, make the event a must-see for motorsport fans.

This year’s festival promises high-octane excitement from Aston Martin, featuring the worldwide premiere of the Aston Martin Valiant. This model, a road-legal, track-ready special edition limited to just 38 units, emerged from a personal commission by two-time Formula One® World Champion and Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team driver Fernando Alonso, who will pilot the new car on Friday at Goodwood. With its commitment to crafting quintessential driver's cars, the Valiant, boasting a Muncher-inspired specification as an homage to the legendary Aston Martin Le Mans race car, will undoubtedly steal the show.

Aston Martin’s hypercar, the Valkyrie, returns to the limelight. After its dynamic introduction at Goodwood in 2021, it now inspires the new Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH-hypercar, aiming to propel Aston Martin to the pinnacle of sports car racing by 2025.

Also making waves is the Valour, designed to commemorate Aston Martin’s 110th anniversary. Featuring a bespoke 6-speed manual transmission paired with a 5.2 litre Twin-Turbo V12, Valour represents the pinnacle of classic appeal and driving engagement, marking the end of an era.

The one-off Aston Martin Victor, hailed by Top Gear as “the hypercar the eighties never had”, showcases the capabilities of ‘Q by Aston Martin’, the brand’s bespoke personalisation service. With a manual gearbox and V12 engine, the Festival of Speed offers a rare chance to witness this unique car in motion and up close in the Supercar Paddock.

Launched recently, the new Aston Martin Vantage exemplifies the brand’s dedication to powerful, front-engined, rear-wheel drive sports cars, engineered for peak performance and confidence. This latest Vantage model, representing the essence of Aston Martin, also appears in the motorsport paddock as the Official FIA Safety Car of Formula 1® and the new 2024 Vantage GT3 race car.

Joining these 'V' models at Goodwood, Aston Martin introduces the world’s first Super Tourer, the DB12, and the redesigned DBX707 with a striking interior and advanced infotainment system, developed in-house.

Marco Mattiacci, Global Chief Brand & Commercial Officer, commented, “The Festival of Speed stands out as the season's zenith for aficionados of high velocity. We are excited to play a significant role in this annual extravaganza of speed, showcasing an exceptional line-up of Aston Martin sports cars and the latest DBX707 specification.”

The 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed kicks off on July 11 and continues through July 14.
