Aston Martin introduces the thrilling new Vantage GT3, coinciding with the global launch of the Vantage road car. This high-performance racer mirrors its showroom counterpart's dynamic prowess and captivating style, marking a new era in Aston Martin's legendary motorsport legacy.

Marco Mattiacci, Aston Martin's Global Chief Brand and Commercial Officer, expresses the significance of this milestone, stating: "The unveiling of the Vantage and Vantage GT3 underscores our dedication to crafting the world's premier sports car and proving its mettle on the track."

The Vantage GT3 showcases a seamless integration of Aston Martin's road and race programs, leveraging expertise from Formula 1® and Aston Martin Performance Technologies. This collaboration results in a cutting-edge GT racer that shares DNA with the latest Vantage while meeting GT3 regulations with precision.

Derived from the successful Vantage GTE and GT3 cars, the Vantage GT3 boasts a bonded aluminium chassis and a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine. Enhanced aerodynamics, revised suspension, and advanced electronics ensure unparalleled performance on the track.

Compliant with FIA GT3 regulations, including the LMGT3 category, the Vantage GT3 is primed for global competition in prestigious series like the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship (IMSA), and more.

The collaboration between Aston Martin Racing (AMR) and Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT) yields groundbreaking results, as Adam Carter, Aston Martin's Head of Endurance Motorsport, explains: "The GT racing program serves as a development platform, transferring knowledge into future Aston Martin road cars."

The Vantage GT3 undergoes extensive testing to ensure optimal performance and drivability for professional and amateur drivers. Feedback from test drivers confirms its exceptional handling and adaptability across various racing conditions.

Lead engineer Gustavo Betelli emphasises the car's stability and performance enhancements, achieved within FIA regulations through meticulous damper tuning and aerodynamic refinements.

Visually stunning, the Vantage GT3 combines the iconic design of the Vantage road car with aerodynamic efficiency, validated through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations.

The Vantage GT3's popularity among Aston Martin Racing partner teams highlights its global appeal and competitive edge. An expected 30 cars will race by the end of the season.

Having already proven its capabilities at prestigious events like the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, the Vantage GT3 is poised for success at iconic races such as the Nürburgring 24 Hours and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

With a legacy of 52 class wins and 11 world championship titles, the Vantage name epitomises GT racing excellence, a tradition upheld by the new Vantage GT3.
