Unveiling the New Bentley Continental GT Speed: Revolutionising Luxury and Performance

Bentley Motors is excited to unveil the fourth generation of the Continental GT Speed. This latest model builds on a 21-year legacy, setting new standards in blending supercar performance with handcrafted luxury and practical daily use.

The vehicle features a comprehensive redesign of its exterior and interior, adopting the clean, modern lines of Bentley's new design language first seen in the coachbuilt Bacalar and Batur models. It is powered by an all-new Ultra Performance Hybrid powertrain that combines a 4.0-litre V8 with a 190 PS electric motor, delivering 782 PS and 1,000 Nm of torque. This setup accelerates the car from 0-60 mph in just 3.1 seconds while offering a 50-mile electric-only range and a total range of 534 miles, defining it as a supercar for everyday use.

Complementing its impressive powertrain, the car includes a new chassis system featuring two-chamber air springs, dual-valve dampers, Bentley Dynamic Ride for active anti-roll control, electronic limited-slip differential (eLSD), and torque vectoring. This technology ensures exceptional body control and the best ride comfort ever experienced in a Continental GT, now with a 49:51 rear-biased weight distribution—a first in the car's history.

Underneath its stylish exterior, the Continental GT Speed packs a suite of advanced technology enhancing driving assistance, infotainment systems, and connected car services, ensuring every journey is seamless and luxurious.

The vehicle's exterior design marks a significant shift, presenting the most substantial change to the face of the Continental GT in two decades. It features a new single headlamp design reminiscent of the 1950s. Inside, the cabin continues to offer world-leading design, materials, and craftsmanship. It introduces enhanced wellness seat technology, new air ionisation features, three-dimensional leather textures, and modern quilting with technical finishes like new dark chrome.

A new 400-volt electrical system supports the advanced powertrain technology, delivering low emissions of just 29 g/km of CO2 and maintaining the 50-mile electric range. Simultaneously, the new Continental GTC convertible launches alongside the coupe, offering the flexibility to enjoy open-top and enclosed motoring.

Each model is meticulously handcrafted at Bentley's Dream Factory in Crewe, England, and production and deliveries will commence in the third quarter. This new iteration not only continues the tradition of the Continental GT family but also pushes the boundaries of luxury automotive performance and design further than ever before.
