Renault Originals Services is rolling out an extensive array of new services for enthusiasts, collectors, and owners of classic Renault vehicles. In 2022, Renault launched a verification service enabling owners to secure a classic vehicle registration document. This includes certificates detailing the date their cars left the factory, chassis, engine and gearbox numbers, colours, and options.
Currently, collectors can purchase spare parts via a network of Renault after-sales sites chosen for their expertise in classic vehicles. These parts are also available through Renault’s long-standing partners, who specialise in sports cars (Arnaud Ventoux Pièces), upholstery (ASCI Sellerie), and mainstream vintage cars (Melun Retro Passion).
Additionally, Renault's new website provides free access to 50 repair manuals from its archives, alongside numerous online educational tutorials. These resources assist collectors worldwide in servicing and repairing their classic cars.
Customer satisfaction remains a cornerstone of Renault’s strategy in all sectors, including its network, which was again voted No. 1 in the 2024 after-sales service rankings by L'Automobile Magazine. With its innovative services, Renault offers access to expert sites for enthusiasts and collectors aiming to service, repair, or restore their historic Renault vehicles.
Renault Originals Garage is extending this service across France, starting with eight trained and prepared sites ready to assist customers.
The brand aims to increase this network to 25 locations throughout France, covering 80% of the country to ensure collectors can find an expert within 100 km of their home. The plan includes expanding these services internationally and extending the network of after-sales sites to additional countries.
